Rise Above is not a treatment center, but a safe harbor where recovering addicts begin the process of healing—the main reason why you need to be sober for at least 30 days before getting admitted. Teddy began his broadcasting career as a Sports Producer at WDH-TV Channel 7 in Boston and also wrote for the Lowell Sun. When not working at the radio station, Teddy helps run his family restaurant in Lowell. He is a graduate of Dracut High School, earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell and a Master’s Degree in Mass Communication/Broadcast Journalism from Emerson College. At 21 years old, Robert was one of the youngest elected officials in the city’s history. Soon after being sworn into office, Robert worked with local and state leaders to kickoff Opiate Abuse Prevention & Awareness Programs throughout the Lowell Public Schools.

If you’re looking for a sober living home for yourself or a loved one and continued outpatient treatment, Spring Hill may be able to help. Sober living environments are transitional housing environments that can be suitable for people who have just completed an inpatient or short-term residential treatment program. Recovery homes generally require that residents attend self-help groups and/or outpatient treatment at a nearby rehab center for continued care. Residents are also encouraged to access community resources and practice using supportive coping strategies in community settings.
