At 21 years old, Robert was one of the youngest elected officials in the city’s history. Soon after being sworn into office, Robert worked with local and state leaders to kickoff Opiate Abuse Prevention & Awareness Programs throughout the Lowell Public Schools.

Sober living environments are transitional housing environments that can be suitable for people who have just completed an inpatient or short-term residential treatment program. Residents are also encouraged to access community resources and practice using supportive coping strategies in community settings.
